We are excited to announce that our first site is currently under construction, managed by Deep South Construction Services. Key updates include:

•    The renovation of a historic cabin from the 1930s and 40s, which is already underway.

•    This first unit is anticipated to be ready for tenant occupancy by March 1, 2026.

•    Following this initial renovation, we have contracted Deep South Construction to begin work on approximately eight additional units, along with two luxury tree houses.

•    The entire cottage community will eventually feature a total of 51 cottages, with all units expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.

•    We will keep all stakeholders updated on new floor plans and the progress of upcoming projects.
